Pricing Expert / Spring Project Support (f/m/d)

What we are looking for

• Actively support the power sales pricing team by managing daily operational pricing tasks and act as contact for UES KAM’s during agreed service windows
• Provide individual energy prices for sales offers in complex energy products
• Perform Sales Full Supply contract back testing tasks and support future development
• Ensure efficient just-in-time processes of high reliability and quality
• Establish good working relationships with colleagues in sales, portfolio optimization and market access teams in a virtual environment
• Support product management and the development of special customer solutions
• Be responsible to bridge between Sales related flex business, structuring of decentral generation and the implementation project of the Spring Flex Platform incl. business case driven priority setting
• Work effectively in a team environment with operational activities, project management and ensure efficient use of resources

Who we are seeking

• Degree in electrical engineering, economics, mathematics or similar qualifications
• Team spirit, high motivation, inspiration, resilience
• Proven experience and skillset to manage sufficient the challenges of a new position in a virtual team environment
• Advanced knowledge of energy business and wholesale markets
• in-depth understanding of valuation approaches for structured contracts preferable
• Disposition to continuously review own working practice and to strive for continuous improvement of existing processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong customer focus and pragmatic entrepreneurial and cooperative mindset
• Advanced IT skills, experience in SAP EPM, MS Excel, VBA-Programming, Python, MS Access and MS PowerBI are advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentational skills to a range of key stakeholders
• Work as part of “The Power Team” – motivated, supported and focused on delivering results
• Ability to be focused in changing environments and to support new orientations and developments
• Speaking fluent Business English, knowledge of German language is needed
