What we are looking for

Overall

• Manage the design, document, measure and support of ITIL/ITSM processes and help evangelized the IT department towards the ITIL framework
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather and analyze needs, translating their needs into process requirements and support the correct implementation in the relevant systems.
• Establish and support controls and procedures to review, assess, prioritize, & track compliance
• Experience working with ServiceNow is preferred and in particular helping to design/implement new ServiceNow implementations

Knowledge Management & Change Management Responsiblities

• Support and steer the overall Knowledge Management process lifecycle (including operations) by executing the process and providing consultancy to the key stakeholders to ensure the Knowledge DB is always up to date and in line with the current information
• Coordinate with support leaders and technical experts to ensure the process is aligned with the tooling
• Work closely with Service Now team, the projects and the Service Desk to make sure knowledge is correctly captured and shared

Who we are seeking

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience managing an ITIL process in a multi-vendor ecosystem (ITIL certifications expert level is a plus)
• A strong understanding of IT Service Management delivery
• Experience & knowledge with of ServiceNow toolset
