Project Manager for the preparation and execution of large-scale solar PV projects (m/f/d)

Full-time, Berlin

As a Project Manager for the preparation and execution of large-scale solar PV projects and representing ib vogt’s EPC departments, your tasks will include:

• Management of EPC project program, project team and project contracts starting in the design phase through to O&M and client handover
• Project preparation including technical due diligence, management of documentation, coordination of multi-functional project team, and communication with external stakeholders
• Project execution including cross functional coordination and with the construction management, coordination of acceptance procedures, and handover to the O&M team
• Discussing and agreeing technical and commercial specifics internally and with the client (including variations)
• Risk management, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Accountable for costs, timeline and quality
• Reporting to project director and senior management

Your Profile:

• Academic degree in the area of engineering or business, with at least five years of relevant work experience 
• Well-developed intercultural skills
• Strong communication skills - systematic organizational approach
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Familiar with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects
• Technical understanding of solar photovoltaics
• Contract management experience
• English (native speaker or excellent command) and one of the following: German, Spanish, French, Italian desired
• Willingness to travel
