Product Lifecycle Manager (f/m/d) (PLM) electric vessel propulsion systems

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree in electrical engineering or relevant fields Several years of proven professional experience as a product owner in the energy industry or relevant business areas Experience with product lifecycle management and good knowledge of agile development methodologies Excellent communication, presentation and customer management skills with advanced problem solving skills Decisiveness and ability to balance customer expectations with development team capabilities Fluent in business English and a team player who enjoys working in international teams and with production sites, partners and suppliers Your responsibilities Deliver a product from a customer and market requirements perspective in terms of content, prioritization, and quality for a given cost and time frame during the product lifecycle from definition to the phase-out Mentor development teams with priorities and expertise related to the product Ensure completeness and consistency of derived requirements within the product part Contribute to resolving conflicts related to features and requirements and explain to development teams Motivate, support development teams in achieving the most effective and sustainable development pace possible Ensure quality by evaluating deliverables and approving/accepting or rejecting deliverables based on required criteria Support the development team effort estimates and analysis of change requests and prioritization with other products in the backlog Coordinate cross-functional development with colleagues to enable prioritized product development Your opportunities for personal growth Participate in a future-oriented team and contribute to our transformative growth into new technologies for electric propulsion for maritime applications Gain experience with the entire product, solution and service portfolio of our business unit and interact with all levels of management LET’S TALK ABOUT US \'Let’s make tomorrow different today\' is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
