We are looking for an Global Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team. 

Your Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement Global Brand Communication Strategy and Global Brand Plans for the global corporate E.ON brand together with the local markets based on consumer insights to build a strong brand equity
• Recruit and retain – from a consumer and customer perspective
• Scale – in all commercial consumer elements of the brands, building strong relationships with the local teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond the plan
• Fame – making the E.ON brand the most talked about across the market. You will work with the Local Brand Teams, multiple agencies, cross-functional teams and partners to deliver on our salience and brand love objectives

Your Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Marketing experience in a Consumer Goods Company or a mix of industry and agency experience
• A history of working across digital and classical channels building integrated communications strategies across international markets, delivering transformational business results in sales as well as brand performance metrics

• In-depth experience and proven success in cutting-edge digital marketing campaign creation, execution and MROI measurement on an international scale    
• Outstanding acumen in digital and traditional media strategy and planning
• Capability to build genuine relationships built on mutual trust & respect
• Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
• Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
• Demonstrated brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand building
• Deep personal accountability for great performance
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with attention to detail
• A resilient disposition, comfortable with VUCA environments
• Experience working in Matrix organizations across multiple countries/geographies
• First people leadership experience
• Fluent German and English language skills
