We are looking for a Product Enablement Manager (f/m/d) - limited to 18 months  to join our Energy Infrastructure Solutions team in Essen.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize the technology and product development roadmap of Energy Infrastructure Solutions in close cooperation with the regional business entities
• Take ownership for individual initiatives within the technology and product roadmap. Ensure that technologies and products meet cross-regional business requirements and contribute to achieving the sales and EBITDA targets of Energy Infrastructure Solutions
• Define appropriate busines models to facilitate the introduction of new technologies and products
• Conduct systematic scouting for suitable technologies, products and suppliers, and evaluate them against the business requirements
• Drive make-or-buy decisions regarding the implementation of technologies and products into the solution portfolio of Energy Infrastructure Solutions
• Coordinate the implementation of selected technologies and products in the business operations of Energy Infrastructure Solutions. This happens in close coordination with the Sales and Operations teams in the operational entities and E.ON’s Digital Technology team
• Act as interface between the business operations of Energy Infrastructure Solutions and E.ON’s group functions such as Supply Chain, E.ON Digital Technology and E.ON Group Innovation

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent, in engineering or IT, as well as operative experience in technology or software development/deployment
• Profound operational experience in translating customer requirements into digital product design, as well as developing and operating digital products
• Good understanding of technical, commercial and contractual aspects of technology and product development
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to explore and critically assess new ideas and to apply digital design methods
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving, being able to reconcile the ideal solution with the solution that can realistically be implemented, given constraints on the ground
• Good stakeholder management. Being able to build a bridge between operational managers and experts with different backgrounds and interests
• Experience in agile and classical project management, as well as change management
