Global Head (f/m/d) of Cybersecurity for Digitalization

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your Profile You hold a university degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field. You have a proven track record in Cybersecurity and / or Information Technology and you are experienced in working with different functions and businesses. You have experience in and are passionate about leading, coaching and developing teams. You have experience in security threat analysis and security architecture blueprints for state-of-the-art digital technologies. You have good understanding of identifying and addressing the identified risks with key stakeholders. You are energized by enabling and collaborating in global networks with multiple stakeholders and you are experienced in lateral leadership and agile methodologies. You are a role model of inclusivity, and you drive a culture of belonging in SE Cybersecurity. You are a curious learner, eager to develop yourself and to innovate the organisation. You are a great communicator and fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus. Your Responsibilities You lead, motivate and develop a global team of approximately 10 employees who support Siemens Energy digital communities in various SE business units and functions, such as Information Technology and Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics. You build trustful relationships and are a reliable partner to key stakeholders in supported digital communities. You understand your stakeholders’ business needs for Cybersecurity, develop customized strategies and drive the implementation, leveraging an agile organization. You continuously drive innovation of cyber service offerings and create the future.
