• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the assigned R&D team


• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and mutual support


• Ensuring adherence to functional/operational excellence to effectively and efficiently deliver the project deliverables.


• Collaborating with all supporting departments such as Project Management, Logistics, Sales etc.


• Efficient collaboration and regular synchronisation with the R&D platform as well as customer-side development


• Establishing /optimising a good OEM relationship while ensuring professional and constructive communication


• Mentoring and developing a customer-oriented mindset with the R&D project management


• Supporting innovation and creativity in the development of all products


• Supporting RFQ and value engineering from an R&D perspective
