BIM-Manager (f/m/d) High Voltage Plants

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Master degree in engineering science Long-term working experience in project execution of large plant projects (preferably in the high voltage sector); experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating process interfaces. Experience in development and implementation of BIM methodologies and digitalized processes in project businesses and internal organizations based on ISO 19650 Good understanding of information handling and data architecture as well as knowledge in cloud- and web-services Experience and market intelligence in BIM related software, especially Autodesk products, preferably Inventor, Revit, Navisworks, RIB iTWO and BIM collaboration platforms Fluent German and English skills and strong business- and result-orientation. Excellent team work and strong communication skills combined with enhanced conceptual and analytical skills Your responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of the BIM methodology and digitalized processes for High Voltage Direct Current converter stations (HVDC systems) in order to generate business value Push the development of data integration (3D-models and semantic data) and digitalize/automate work processes including the implementation in daily work processes across different teams Introduce new software concepts in close collaboration with IT departments to make BIM and digitalization happen Creation and maintenance of standard documents such as work instructions, guidelines, contract specifications, wiki, etc. Work on operative projects in large teams; analysis of customer requirements; preparing BIM execution plans as well as negotiating with customers and sub-contractors Implementation of BIM execution plans as well as ensuring delivery of BIM models appropriate for collaborating and better informed decision making Promote (motivation and support of colleagues) the BIM methodology and the necessary working attitude in the project team Your opportunities for personal growth Teamwork to reach a common goal Failure culture Continuous learning LET’S TALK ABOUT US Our Transmission Division offers customers a broad portfolio of products, systems, solutions, and services geared around the key market trends of digitalization, decarbonization, grid stability and electrification.
