Your Taks

• Being a strong business partner for both, the business experts and the management team of E.ON Drive lnfrastructure, steadily fostering stakeholder relationships. Proactively providing unbiased decision support on all important matters with financial impact. Leading projects of diverse nature & depth
• Analyzing and managing E.ON's European e-Mobility lnfrastructure business from a financial and operational perspective. This includes regular reporting along the main KPls to the management team as well as ad-hoc deep-dives relevant for the business performance
• Evaluating  e-Mobility lnfrastructure rollout plan and investment opportunities and providing recommendations to decision makers pointing out impact on financials, as well as providing clear economic evaluation
• Being the central coordination function regarding all sorts of commercial & financial activities between the groupwide business and management functions
• Shaping the performance steering model of e-mobility infrastructure by developing the fit-for-purpose KPI set and setting the organizational frame by implementing state of the art data-systems and best in class reporting processes
• Providing transparency on quarterly closings / forecasts and mid-term planning / budgeting for e-mobility infrastructure to the top management of E.ON Drive lnfrastructure and its stakeholders
• Setup and manage finance and treasury framework, including: Daily cash management, financial risk management, liquidity planning and steering, intra-group financing and bank relationships, also internationally

Your Profile

• Commercial and financial skills - backed by a degree in Finance, Business Management or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in controlling, accounting and / or finance roles, ideally in e-mobility area.
• Understanding of the performance drivers of e-mobility business
• Experience in working in/ driving ahead cross functional teams and projects. Strong communication skills and a collaborative style of working will help you to foster your stakeholder relationships. Strong negotiating skills
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, ability to come up with clear results and concise messages towards the management
• Skills in the use of financial and management information systems. Affinity to constantly seek simplicity through automatization
• Proven experience in business modelling and valuation topics
• Huge willingness to steadily develop and improve your area of responsibility and to take over ownership, being able to adapt within a very dynamic environment
