Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Training Management

Every generation has a right to safe food. GLOBALG.A.P. is a brand of smart farm assurance solutions developed by FoodPLUS GmbH in Cologne, Germany, with cooperation from producers, retailers, and other stakeholders from across the food industry. These solutions include a range of standards for safe, socially and environmentally responsible farming practices. The most widely used GLOBALG.A.P. standard is Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA), applicable for fruit and vegetables, aquaculture, floriculture, livestock, and more. This standard also forms the basis for the GGN label: the consumer label for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the area training management for our approved certification bodies, starting date April 1, 2022. A certification body (CB) is an independent third-party organization attesting farmers that the requirements of our standards are met. This temporary support position (minimum 6 months) can be filled either in part-time or full-time (30-39 hours), according to your preference.

• Set up trainings and assign users to courses in the learning management system (incl. uploading of exams and proctoring of the exam sessions)
• Administrate the learning platforms used
• Prepare learning content
• Technically consult and support learners in case of problems
• Support in preparing, organizing, and following up workshops for CBs
• Maintain CB training data in relevant systems

• Completed training or equivalent in a job-relevant field
• First practical experience in administrative tasks
• Technical affinity combined with strong service orientation
• Fluent in English (level C1) and intermediate German skills (minimum level B1)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-directed, reliable, and committed approach to work
