Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for organizing the execution of key projects transitioning from our Software Research group into Production. You will help us organize, manage, communicate, with the different teams in the enterprise from R&D to Legal to Regulatory to Operations. In our matrix organization, the Project Manager works closely with R&D clinicians, scientists, product marketers, the PMO office, the Regulatory office, the Marketing teams and our engineers. This role is involved in the product life cycle from planning and concept to product and feature requirements to the transition of projects to full development teams. It requires a long experience in software project management in a regulated environment.

In this role, you will...

• Oversee multiple transformational projects focused on providing new innovative features in our products
• Be accountable for creating a detailed delivery plan that can be executed by program/project teams
• Ensure program/project teams understands the objectives of the project
• Gain commitments from the program/project team to be accountable for delivering on time
• Drive and communicates program/project status, schedule baselines, schedule issues, project risks and major decisions
• Maintain intense focus on delivering to all committed milestones and holds the project team accountable by holding weekly project status reviews
• Manage risk across the project throughout the project development life cycle to ensure on time delivery
• Keep the program/project teams organized and on track for effective implementation and delivery and implements process improvements where there’s inefficiency in the execution process
• Build capability within the program/project teams to accomplish the project goals and deliver the program/project results on time
• Follow up and maintain accountability of program/project success criteria post deployment
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or HR
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Working cross-functionally with the Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Product Marketing, Customer Care, Sales teams to help drive innovation
