Serviceability Manager (f/m/d) for eMobility

As Serviceability Manager of eMobility Products, you will ensure that these are enabled for proactive and reactive services. With that, you support the sustainability goals of Siemens and requests of our customers. In your new role, you also optimize the current E2E process of Spare Parts and Repair Business. You will define service relevant requirements of eMobility products in close cooperation with the product management and R&D and support the realization during project development You will build product specific service concepts and support to roll out this to the regions, partners and customers You will create roll-out concepts for product services and prepare its implementation by selecting pilot customers and testing the service in the field You will ensure that the services can be delivered by defining and providing the necessary processes and procedures to the region Based on your experience you will define and formulate the future direction of service innovations and drive these What you need to make real what matters.
