Your tasks

• Be the first point of contact for E.ON Drive Infrastructure team and management with respect to all legal questions
• Setup, manage and ensure slim governance, effective compliance and up to date data protection of the E.ON Drive Infrastructure group internationally
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, claims and other legal documents, including location contracts, supplier contracts/ claims and funding contracts for the commercial/ strategy function
• Participating in the negotiation for partnership setup process and developing partnership contracts
• Selection and steering of external law firms to provide legal support for all entities of the E.ON Drive Infrastructure group

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Significant work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (ideally in an innovative and fast-moving environment), preferably related to contract, commercial and corporate law; labour law and data protection law welcomed
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
• Good communication skills and a collaborative style of working
• Willingness to steadily develop and improve your area of responsibility and taking over ownership
• Business fluent German and English
