We are searching for a Performance Manager - Electric Mobility (f/m/d) to support our eMobility team within E.ON Solutions GmbH in Essen ideally starting in June. We can't wait to meet you, because none of us is as strong as all of us.

Your tasks

• Analysis and interpretation of sales and delivery performance data to draw out insights, highlight main issues and make recommendations
• Evaluation of performance goals and business planning forecasts
• Support local teams to continuously improve performance, by developing and implementing relevant KPIs and enhancing transparency of performance data
• Preparation of performance review meetings for senior management level
• Research and evaluate markets, solutions and business opportunities
• Maintain oversight on the eMobility commercial model, and work together with other teams to enhance the market model
• Undertake ad hoc analysis to support decision-making for the eMobility business
• Contribute to the overarching E.ON Drive strategy and annual planning processes

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a similar program
• Relevant professional experience in similar role, ideally in the area of eMobility and/or energy solutions
• Strong analytical skills (including high proficiency in Excel), with experience of developing and interrogating business models
• Ability to deal with complexity and enthusiasm to solve problems independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including PowerPoint skills)
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
