As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will be part of the Corporate Strategy, Energy Policy and Sustainability Department and support our global business be co-ordinating energy market and competitor intelligence initiatives and projects.
 
The position as Market Intelligence Manager (f/m/d) can be located in Germany (either at our Headquarters in Munich or our office in Berlin) or at our regional headquarters in Bangkok and offers lots of flexibility to work from home.
 
 

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for the global coordination of internal energy market and competitor intelligence products and projects, i.e. project planning/management, steering of strategy analysts in the regions as well as stakeholder management in relation to (senior) management and key contacts in our business units and other corporate functions
• You develop deep-dive market analysis for the EMEA region for the established energy market intelligence product, as well as the further development of our systematic competitor intelligence initiative
• You initiate and conceptualize new initiatives and projects in the context of market intelligence
• You prepare ad-hoc market or competitor analyses for the board and other (senior executive) stakeholders as well as for investor relations purposes
• You oversee and maintain our market intelligence PowerBI tools and respective enhancements
• You contribute to 'country risk assessments' (pre-requisite for enter a new market) coordinated by risk management.
• You will be actively involved in the corporate strategy process, especially with regards to market data and trends, but also beyond that

What You Bring

• Master degree in renewable energy, business administration, economics or similar
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in the renewables industry
• Analytical mindset, result-oriented and high-quality work
• Proactive, structured, independent working style
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent Business English (German and other languages are a plus)
• You enjoy working in a multicultural team and organization
• PowerBI skills
