We are looking for a Delivery Manager (f/m/d) - New Digital Business to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team. 

Responsibilities

• You facilitate the concept and design of new digital products and solutions, which contribute to a more effective business of E.ON, esp. regarding the Smartification of Grids in Energy Networks and are of value to external market as well
• You coordinate the delivery process and further maintenance of new digital products and solutions for responsible business units by a cross functional team of the external service providers and/or internal EDT partner-teams
• At any stage of a products’ or solutions’ maturity, you manage the capacities and capabilities to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality outcomes with focus on best possible agility, usability and value for the customer
• You coordinate the technical evaluation to ensure integrity of the product/solution and system landscape, as well as follow up on planned and actual delivery costs
• You constantly maintain the backlog of the new digital products and their use cases for the area of Grid Smartification within New Business team, including backlog prioritization for further delivery

Profile

• University Degree in computer science or other technical subject with IT affinity
• Serveral years of work experience in IT and the energy industry, preferable with link
  to energy networks
• Significant experience as an IT Delivery Manger with proven ability to manage multiple agile projects at a time and with required attention to detail
• Good knowledge of the Design Thinking and (Scaled)Agile Frameworks
• Strong planning and communication skills, as well as ability to influence the decision making credibly and effectively to all levels of the organization, including executive management
• Strong team player with the ability to organise and work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
• Languages: German and English (advanced level)
