We are looking for an Agile Coach (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team. Our team, consisting of experienced Agile Coaches, is the partner of choice for E.ON Digital Technology and E.ON's businesses to drive the digital agile transformation. We support key initiatives with our expertise to turn E.ON into a truly agile company.
We combine transformation experience and an in-depth understanding of E.ON and take accountability for the successful execution of agreed business targets as part of the agile transformation including sustainable knowledge transfer.
Your Tasks
You drive the digital agile transformation of assigned projects and initiatives by improving the agile way of working and thinking in order to create customer value
You design and lead assigned agile transformations e.g. by the sustainable implementation of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, BizDevOps and/or LeSS methodologies to boost agile product delivery
You design and conduct trainings across the whole range of agile content in order to lead teams and individuals towards the organization-wide adoption of agile ways of working and thinking
You coach teams and individuals on agile mindset and frameworks in order to raise business agility
You act as a role model for agile principles and lead by example to promote an agile mindset
You continuously challenge status quo and tackle areas of improvement in order to raise efficiency
You are outcome focused and convert our new way of working into tangible achievements
You live agility and you demonstrate a strong knowledge of and background with agile methodologies
You use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency within the company and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
You adapt quickly to changing environments as well as accept given prerequisites
You openly share your knowledge and experience with team members and customers
Your Profile
Degree level education; preferably Master degree
Several years professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Proven experience and knowledge in coaching and agile leadership as well as change and lean management
Agile Certification (e.g. Scrum Master, PO, Scaled Agile Frameworks)
Knowledge in at least one of the scaled agile frameworks (NEXUS, LeSS, SAFe)
Exceptional mentoring and relationship management skills along with strong influencing skills
Structured and independent way of working
You like to travel across Europe and work as part of an international team
Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools
Experience in online collaboration tools e.g Miro, Mural
Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written communication
