What we are looking for

• Support the team in the daily business
• Support projects and initiatives around the group wide ServiceNow platform
• Creation and update of user and technical documentations
• Prepare presentations and other visuals for workshops to enable effective communication
• Contribute to team meetings and workshops

Who we are seeking

• Students following a course of study in IT in an advanced semester
• Commitment and a strong sense of personal initiative, communication and team skills
• Analytical thinking and organized working method
• Programming skills (JavaScript)
• Ideally first practical experience with ServiceNow
• Fluent in English and German
