These challenges await you

• Lead technically the design of microphone and E-call modules
• Lead technically the design of combined microphone and loudspeaker boxes for hands free telephony
• Apply customer specific designs based on a fixed, variable and specific contribution of the platform
• Requirement analysis and direct customer contact to identify optimal technical solutions in cooperation with different métiers
• Presentation of technical solution and R&D function to our customers
• Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
• Identify the needed work packages and deliverables of the métier contributers like hardware, software, mechanical design and acoustics
• Report  and escalate to his project manager or R&D manager as needed
• Responsible for delivery of DFMEA
• Regular review with R&D manager or Product/Platform Manager and the Metier Department Managers to check alignment between needs and availabilities
• Responsible for identifying resources, equipment’s, investments and keeping the agreed development budget
