Your Tasks

• Initiate German & cross regional location partnerships
• Define ideas & standards for partnership models across regions
• Responsible for finding and securing suitable locations as well as managing existing location contracts with both private and public actors to build a site pipeline aiming for a leading market position
• Centrally defining location concept and acting as a strong coordinator for the local location managers
• Evaluating and selecting potential sites (incl. individual set-up proposals for adaption of standard location layout)
• Engaging and negotiating with partners to form long-lasting partnerships
• Validating commercial suitability of the sites (rental payments, utilization, grid connection costs, constructions costs)
• Coordinating handover to the deployment manager and work with the central deployment function

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in commercial / sales functions, consulting, project management functions a plus
• Excellent ability to structure & plan – you are someone who lays out a path and follows through rigorously even when met with challenges
• Ideally well-connected in the European eMobility market and experience in working with municipalities and B2B partners
• Strategic commercial thinker with analytical skills, commercial toolset and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to travel nationally for site visits and partner discussions (driver’s license required)
• Basic technical understanding of electrical installations and construction works a plus
• Love to take on a challenge, grit, and ability to cope with ambiguity
• Business fluent German and English
• Willingness to steadily develop and improve your area of responsibility and taking over ownership
