Quality Engineer (m/f/d) with development towards Manager Functional Safety

For the location in Gilching near Munich, we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) with further development in the direction of Manager Functional Safety for the next possible starting date.

These challenges await you

• Performing the role of quality in development projects
• Performing new product quality pre-planning (APQP, FMEA, inspection planning, etc.) and tracking them
• Control of suppliers in order to meet quality customer requirements
• Active participation in development projects regarding feasibility as well as implementation of defined requirements on single component and product level considering reliability/safety in low as well as high voltage range 
• Definition and implementation of processes that comply with ISO 26262 and Valeo safety methodology
• Documentation of the achievement of the safety objectives in the safety case
• Application of quality tools for product development and problem solving (Ishikawa, brainstorming, etc.)
