Project Manager M&A (f/m/d)

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile A solid academic career, with a relevant academic degree (e.g., business administration, CFA) would be desirable 5+ years’ experience and sound knowledge about M&A and/or closely related fields (e.g., Corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking, private equity) Experience in international complex projects or worked abroad. Preferably, you led interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of fundamental company analysis (business models incl. value drivers), external accounting and familiarity with the contractual framework conditions of M&A Expert in business valuation Very good understanding of numbers, high analytical skills Ability to independently prepare and visualize complex issues for senior management using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint High level of assertiveness and initiative and results-oriented work. In cooperation with several interfaces, you communicate business fluently in English, German is a plus You share our understanding that fun at work and top performance in a demanding environment are not mutually exclusive Your responsibilities Be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team that actively contributes to the transformation of the global Siemens Energy portfolio Drive complex M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, and joint venture projects). Taking over the management of projects and defined modules incl. transaction structuring, profitability analysis as well as company valuation in coordination with the head of department Preparation of well-structured decision papers for the senior management and the decision-making bodies of Siemens Energy Within the projects/project modules, independent coordination of a team of specialists in the implementation phase of the M&A lifecycle, consisting of internal and external consultants (incl. investment banks).
