Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for you to support our team in Munich as Data and Integration Manager (f/m/d) with immediate effect. Become part of a highly committed team to enable the digital future of BayWa r.e..

What You Will Do

• You will advise our colleagues from the departments in the field of data management from the identification of the business problem to the implementation of a solution. The analysis of existing data sources, the consolidation of these, but also the creation of new data, as well as the presentation of data are focal points of your work.
• You accompany application implementations with a data/integration view and are part of the consulting and implementation team
• Depending on the assignment, you will build new master data domains or develop integration solutions (as far as possible out of the box software)
• In collaboration with the business departments, you discuss the quality and consistency of the data and find optimization solutions of a technical and process-related nature

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, mathematics or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience and knowledge in the area of (master) data and integration (design of data models, master data management, data governance and/or data integration)
• Experience in the implementation and operation of (master) data platforms, integration platforms, interface management, or similar software solutions
• Strong communication skills are an absolute must in contact with our subsidiaries to achieve high quality consulting and solution implementations
• Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
