Cloud Service Manager (Knowledge, Compliance, Consumption, Processes) (f/m/d)

What we are looking for

• Manage cloud consumption reporting and overall budget planning
• Close collaboration with controlling and consumption owners to proactively manage cloud consumption
• Ensure compliance of cloud framework by following IT security and compliance policies incl. management of audit activities
• Manage and maintain internal processes and documentation
• Integrate, maintain, and continuously improve cloud service catalogue
• Maintain and manage cloud knowledge base
• Collate content for knowledge management portal
• Support team in creating cloud related content (articles, videos, presentations)
• Manage cloud related team communication (Internal social media / newsletter / articles)
• Manage and organize cloud related trainings and training material
• Organize of walk-in sessions and information events

Who we are seeking

• Relevant university degree in computer science
• Strong controlling and reporting skills, ideally experienced in cloud cost management
• Knowledge in service and management processes
• Ideally experience in knowledge/content management
• Skills in creating appealing content using various media
• Experience in defining and implementing business service processes
• Ability to work in an international and virtual team
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for discussing both technical and non-technical topics
• Business fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Ability to work both independently and within a team. Willingness to accept responsibility
