Engineer Measurements and Business Development

The Power Quality Section, including electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff, is active in the area of grid code compliance performance of renewable energy generation units like on- and offshore wind power plants, solar inverters, or combustion engines being used in electricity generation. The Power Quality Section carries out fault ride-through (FRT) tests as well as power quality (PQ) measurements around the globe with emphasis in the home region Northern Europe.

We are looking for an electrical Engineer who will support us in developing our measurement services into the solar and EV area and as well supports us in carrying out grid code compliance measurements on wind turbines and bio mass generators.

Main responsibilities are the development of measurement and test bench capabilities in solar/storage and EV as well as supporting the measurements team on electrical measurements, analysis of data, reporting and managing measurement projects. The starting date should be as soon as possible.

• Knowledge of energy systems and electrical engineering
• Knowledge and interest in Solar, Storage and EV testing
• Strong skills in communication, business development and project management
• Background in electrical engineering or industrial engineering
• Understanding of grid code requirements
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work in heights (wind turbines)
• Driver's license
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
