Your Tasks

• Support the strong growth of E.ON’s eMobility business (E.ON Drive) through ownership for our digital eMobility services
• Evolve E.ONs strategic positioning and USP by managing the digital service landscape
• Build and manage the future of charging @public, @work and @home in one ecosystem for different use cases and customer groups
• Take responsibility for creating strategic focus and development needs for applications within the eMobility ecosystem
• Translate customer needs into concrete product development projects and take end-to-end responsibility for your respective product within the complete lifecycle. Consider technical, design and commercial aspects.
• Work with local and global solution development colleagues, analyze market needs and develop with E.ON regions the charging services of the future
• Facilitate knowledge build-up and sharing across E.ON Drive regional teams to support continuous improvement and outperform competition
• Contribute to the further development of E.ON Drive and its strategy

Your Profile 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or similar
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the area of electric mobility / charging infrastructure
• Proven capabilities in product development
• Experience in project delivery in an international setting is a plus
• Strong customer orientation
• Self-starter, with ‘can-do’ results-oriented attitude and drive to deliver growth with / through the regional sales businesses
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at operational levels
• Ability to keep the overview, but also have an eye for detail
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
