We are looking for a new colleague for the position of an Industrial Cooperation Manager. The candidate must have a solid international and intercultural perspective combined with commercial, technical and political acumen. With your ambitious and goal-driven personality, you will be responsible for managing industrial cooperation (offset) obligations worldwide with foreign authorities and partners.

The Industrial Cooperation Manager will be an integral part of a department with a great team spirit that works across different functions. The department is part of the Industrial Cooperation division of thyssenkrupp Marine Systems. This spans from nurturing partnerships with key partners/customers to providing market support to our business areas as well as securing the company’s framework conditions, managing business risks, driving our corporate responsibility and compliance programs.
Role and responsibilities
The Industrial Cooperation and Partnerships position’s core responsibilities include:
You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Regions, Supply Chain & Procurement, Product Management, Technology and Innovation, Manufacturing and Legal Services departments. The Industrial Cooperation team plays an active role in realizing ATLAS’s strategy of increasing focus on: product modularity, partnerships with foreign research entities and companies, localization of supply chains and transfer of technology in mature and emerging markets.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a master’s degree in economics or business.
An engineering background is considered a plus as well.
Further, we expect that you have:
5 years of prior work experience in an international company, consulting firm or authorities in a related field of work
Your personal qualifications
