Head of Controlling Governance and Standards (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Further development of the global controlling concept for the Wiring Systems Division (WSD) through binding specifications for business management processes and systems
• Ensuring and coordinating uniform standards and global controlling guidelines with the corresponding documentation in the controlling manual as well as ensuring compliance with defined standards and guidelines
• Permanent coordination with the interfaces in all organizational units as well as the commercial functions as the global main contact for all controlling processes at WSD with the support of the respective commercial units
• Advising management on controlling aspects as well as defining and monitoring KPIs at divisional and functional level to manage the organization
• Supporting the implementation of commercial standards and tools for the functional controlling units in the division
• Participation in the development and rollout of the strategic SAP S/4HANA project for the finance area
• Disciplinary and functional leadership and further development of the Governance & Standards team

Your skills:

• Completed university studies in business administration or business engineering with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling or equivalent qualification, respectively
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling or accounting in a global, manufacturing group company
• Several years of experience in leading teams
• Confident handling of SAP R/3, SAP SEM and BI as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills, strong team worker, critical judgment and persistent goal orientation
• Structured, analytical and methodical way of working coupled with solution-oriented pragmatism
• Assertiveness, resilience, personal responsibility, high degree of flexibility as well as convincing and professional appearance
• Very good knowledge of German and English
