LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Completed university studies in the field of computer science or electrical engineering Enjoy analyzing and optimizing complex technical processes Professional experience in working with international, virtual teams Knowledge of structured programming languages in general and Java in particular Knowledge in operating systems, network concepts, remote-access solutions as well as cyber security concepts is a plus Experience with Siemens-Energy control systems such as SPPA-T3000, SPPA-T2000 or PCS7-PS is desirable Fluent in written and spoken German and English Your responsibilities Become part of the Remote Expert Centers (REC) Team. From Karlsruhe, we ensure the availability of 1000 power plants worldwide with our preventive and reactive remote services for plant control technology. Develop and optimize solutions for our global infrastructure as well as for the handling of our cloud-based products! Our CRM tool is used by a wide variety of execution and call center teams worldwide. The team structure and contract execution are constantly changing. Determine and implement necessary changes to the tool with the teams. Adapt the interfaces between CRM tool and customer portal to the latest requirements. Analyze and optimize the technical processes of selected cloud products. Talk to the REC's product execution for this purpose. Take responsibility for the feature specification of the products and provide guidance to the cloud-app development team accordingly. Provide online data via KPI boards for higher management. Use the process knowledge gained and represent the REC in the recurring ISO9001/27001 certification sessions. The assignment will be mainly on our Karlsruhe premises. Your willingness for approximately 10% travel is required.
