HR Transition & Transformation Program Manager Location: International – main Siemens Energy locations - preference for Europe due to proximity with main stakeholders Department: SE HR Mode of Employment: Temporary / Full-Time The Challenge Reporting to the Global Head of HR, as overall program manager for global HR transition & transformation, you’ll play the lead role in the delivery of a large-scale transformation and outsourcing of operational HR and related technology services Let’s talk about you Your profile You are experienced in leading complex, global projects Able and willing to interact with many partners up to executive management level The work will be intense, global and require certain flexibility and commitment You are prepared to work in English language most of the time Ideally you should bring experience of technology implementations with high complexity Your responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for a multi-faceted HR transformation and outsourcing program supported by a leadership team that comprises Siemens Energy HR and the outsourcing partner as well as a program management office. You will be the counterpart to the corresponding overall program manager of the outsourcing partner, handling the project on a day-to-day basis. • Lead the project organization and run the project within Siemens Energy including key partner management to ensure a successful project realization • Bring structured project management methodology to the multi project program, ensuring key milestones and interdependencies are understood, documented, and achievement is tracked • Ensure key risks are identified and mitigated • Setting clear project goals and expectations within the program organization Your opportunities for personal growth To be at the forefront of one of the biggest global functional transformations within Siemens Energy, working with a dedicated team, committed to meeting business needs and focusing on delivering value on a global scale.
