As an international recruiter (m/f/d) with 25-30 hours/week, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, both for positions in Germany and abroad. You will ensure that the process runs as efficiently as possible and that the identification, approach, selection and recruitment of qualified talent meet our requirements and standards. Through your work, you will actively contribute to the global presence and performance of Style3D | Assyst.

Aufgabenbereiche

YOUR TASKS:

• Successfully filling national and international positions and building a global talent pool
• Developing national and international recruitment strategies
• Coordination of processes and job profiles with international and national departments
• Building and maintaining national and international networks
• Analysing and tracking progress, optimising procedures and adapting to local markets
• Efficient candidate management: identification and use of software and tools for step-by-step automation and acceleration of the recruitment process
• Supporting your colleagues with the onboarding process

Anforderungsprofil

YOUR PROFILE:

• Open, empathetic and reflective personality
• Sales and/or coaching background is very welcome
• Experience in recruiting and employer branding is an advantage – career changers with good people skills and communication abilities are also invited to apply
• You are keen to take on responsibility quickly and work proactively, reliably and with motivation alongside your team to help shape the future of our company
• You understand the unique needs of the departments and hiring managers and support with a good understanding of building productive and efficient teams
• Knowledge of online and social media recruiting, as well as proactive candidate search and creative direct approach – or at least the willingness to dive into this topic
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are looking for an interesting part-time job with 25-30 hours/week with space for your creativity and development
