Account Manager Export (f/m/d) (full-time)

Since 1949, WALTER KREBS has been a specialized pharmaceutical wholesaler purchasing medication from around the world, for import and export purposes. A middle-sized company that stands out with an international network which has grown immensely over the decades. Combined with an extensive know how of the customs and drug law governing regulations, end-to-end supply chain and excellent service.

We are looking for

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent support of international customers
• Availability inquiries with suppliers and service providers
• Preparing quotations, placing orders, checking goods from receipt to dispatch
• Issuing transport documents for shipping and customs clearance
• Participation in trade fairs and customer visits at home and abroad

Your Qualification:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial business management assistant, business management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade), a Bachelor's degree or comparable qualifications
• You enjoy working with international customers
• You work independently, efficiently and like to work in a small team
• You have good English and MS Office skills
• You have a pleasant, confident manner
